  • Do I need to register to use MaltaPay?
    You do not need to register to use MaltaPay. We do, however, highly recommend that you do since this will enable you view your past transaction history and to access services not available to unregistered users. Registration to MaltaPay is free of charge.

  • I have received a spam from a company subscribed to MaltaPay for a MaltaPay service, what can you do about this?
    MaltaPay does not, and will not tolerate spam of any form. Spammers will immediately have their account suspended and we reserve the right to prosecute spammers. If you receive spam from someone, please contact us at support@maltapay.com.
